Who We Are

Tropical Trolley of Richmond Virginia specializes in frozen drink machine rentals for homes, businesses, and party planners.  We rent commercial grade single and 2 flavor machines by the day for home parties, graduations, bar mitzvahs, weddings, golf outings, office parties etc.  Through the years we have added additional rental items but our core product remains the frozen drink machines.  (Our Northern Virginia location is currently handling all ice cream, karaoke, and special occasion props rentals.)

Renting a frozen drink machine  is a simple way to add value to your gathering.  In addition to great tasting drinks you are able to provide large quantity, high quality, restaurant style beverages with minimal effort.  With the machine doing most of the work this allows you the opportunity to take care of more important things. 

What We Do

When you rent a frozen drink machine Tropical Trolley will come to you on the day of your event (sometimes the day before) and deliver your machine on a freestanding draped cart.  We will also provide the first batch of mix in a 5 gallon mixing jug and leave extra  mix concentrate in case you need to make more.  Though your machine should be located next to a standard 3 prong outlet we also include a heavy duty 20 foot 12 gauge extension cord in case your machine can’t be located directly next to an outlet.  We provide printed, as well as verbal directions and recommendations to insure your machine works as it should.  We are always happy to answer any questions you may have.  The day after your function we will return and pick up all equipment delivered as well as any extra mix concentrate you may have.  

 What You Do

After reserving your frozen drink machine Tropical Trolley will touch base with regards to delivery.  2 hours prior to your function you simply pour your mix into the machine and turn it on.  That’s it!  No blender, No ice, No mess - just plug it in, turn it on and enjoy your function.  During the course of your function you may add additional mix if needed.  Once the party is over, turn off the machine.
