How many drinks does one batch make?

Each batch makes about 5 gallons of product, which is equal to roughly 65 10oz drinks. This gives 25 people about 3 drinks each.

Does Tropical Trolley supply the liquor?

NO. We do not supply any liquor or alcohol beverages. Our mixes are concentrates that contain no liquor or alcohol.

How much are additional Mixes?

$15.00 for each additional batch of mix.

Can I use My own Margarita Mix?

No our mix is made exclusively for Frozen Drink Machines. Other mixes will cause damage to the machine.

What size cups do you supply?

We can supply 10 oz. cups. But we have found that most people supply their own cups depending on the theme of their function. If you are supplying your own cups/glasses, we recommend using a 10oz. cup as large cups lead to waste as guests let the drink melt & throw away & get another. Also large cups can cause the machine not to keep up with the demand of the party if you have many guests

When do you deliver the Margarita Machine?

We call 1-2 days before your function to make delivery arrangements. We do work with you to accommodate your schedules as well. Your machine will always be delivered and ready to go well before your party.

Can the Margarita Machine operate outside?

Our single flavor machines can run outside even in the summer, as long as there is a 3-prong outlet right next to the machine. Our two flavor machines work wonderfully indoors. Outdoors, it will depend on heat and humidity thus we recommend these to be used indoors.

What type of electrical connection do I need?

The machine requires a minimum 15 amp, dedicated circuit. Machine needs to be placed near electrical outlet. No extension cords, they will cause damage to machines

What else do you need to know?

We must be notified at the time of booking if there are any steps or stairs that may complicate the delivery.
